Accurate Machine Products Corporation's greatest technical strength is its ability to seamlessly integrate MACHINING, FABRICATION, WELDING, and ASSEMBLY under very strict QUALITY CONTROL. We can perform extremely complex projects such as nuclear shipping containers that require the highest levels of controls and manufacturing capabilities, while at the the same time cost-effectively handle your smaller requirements such as prototypes, small quantities or replacement parts. CAPABILITIES

CNC Machining - Our experienced CNC lathe and CNC vertical machining operators provide quality products to our customers using the latest CNC machining technology.

Manual Machining - Qualified machinists perform unsurpassed manual machining tasks on our vast array of lathes, manual milling machines, cylindrical grinders, horizontal milling machines, drilling machines, and surface grinders.

Fabrication - Our skilled fabricators utilize Accurate Machine Products Corporation's excellent resources including shear, press brake, horizontal bandsaw, duplicator for small punching and forming jobs, an ironworker, and rolling capabilities.

Welding - Accurate Machine Products Corporation's qualified welders and weld shop facilities and equipment are unsurpassed, including our manual TIG, MIG, stick and automated welding capabilities.

Cleaning and finishing - Accurate Machine Products Corporation has developed excellent methods for high-grade cleaning. We provide sand and glass bead blasting, vibratory deburring, painting facilities, plating, coating and electropolishing.

Nondestructive Testing - NDT is one of our greatest strengths. Radiography, visible and fluorescent dye penetrant, hydrostatic pressure testing up to 75,000 psi, helium leak testing (as well as other leak testing methods), ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing. Accurate Machine Products Corporation boasts a very versatile, unique range of testing capabilities.

Quality Assurance
- Accurate Machine Products Corporation's Quality Assurance department is second to none. Our inspection facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, qualified inspectors and stringent, uncompromising approach to quality is unsurpassed. We are an ASME Code qualified shop and NQA-1 qualified on all 18 points. We can provide 100% or statistical method inspection.

KEY PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

Owner, President & General Manager, Plant Manager B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee (With Highest Honors). 25 years machine shop experience. Completed 2-year MMP (Manufacturing Management Program) while employed by General Electric Aircraft Engine Group. Joined Accurate Machine Products in 1980 Named President and General Manager in 1991 Purchased Company in 1994.

Chairman of the Board Trained as a machinist, welder and maintenance mechanic before joining Accurate Machine Products Corporation in 1957 as Shop Superintendent. Became Sales Manager in 1959, and General Manager in 1962. Purchased the company in 1964 and held the position of President and General Manager from 1964 until his retirement in 1994 Continues to act as consultant.

Vice President, Office Manager and Human Resources Manager Ten years with Defense Contractor as Branch Office Business & Financial Administrator and DoD Security Supervisor. Joined Accurate in 1988 - named Vice-President in 1994. Expert in all aspects of office management, human resource administration, employee benefits, computer software.

Engineering Manager Employed by Accurate Machine Products Corporation for over 45 years. Named Engineering Manager in 1995. Responsible for methods planning, specification preparation, tool design, customer technical relations and shop troubleshooting. Expert in the ASME Code, machining and fabrication methods, tooling, and CNC programming.

Quality Assurance Manager Over 30 years experience in Quality Assurance, including Inspector, QC Manager, Production Test Manager, and Test Equipment Support Manager. Joined Accurate Machine Products Corporation as Quality Assurance Manager in 1985. Expert in the ASME Code, specification interpretation, inspection management and documentation. SNT-TC-1A Level II certification in radiography and dye penetrant testing.

Chief Estimator With Accurate Machine Products Corporation for over 20 years, where he served his Machinist's Apprenticeship. Expert CNC Machinist and Tool and Die Maker Named Material Estimator in 1990 and later promoted to Chief Estimator.

Material Estimator Holds 4 college degrees: BS Industrial Technology, AE Mechanical Engineering Technology, AAS Drafting and Design, AET Industrial Engineering Technology. Joined Accurate in 1987 Expert sheet metal mechanic Holds a Mass Spectrometer Leak Testing Level II Certification (ASNT-TC-1A).

Fabrication Shop Foreman Employed by Accurate Machine Products Corporation for over 30 years - as Shop Foreman for fifteen years. Trained as a Sheet Metal and Structural Layout Mechanic. Expert in all areas of sheet metal fabrication.

Machine Shop Foreman With Accurate Machine Products Corporation since 1978 where he served his Machinist's Apprenticeship Expert with CNC equipment and all manual machine tools.

Plant Superintendent Employed at Accurate Machine Products Corporation for over 30 years where he served his Machinist's Apprenticeship. Has held position of General Foreman, acting Plant Manager and Plant Superintendent Expert machinist and maintenance mechanic. Currently performs job planning, employee training, and troubleshooting.

Assistant Plant Engineer B.S., Manufacturing Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University (1999). 23 years with Raytheon Missile Systems, including 16 years in machine shop and tool and die, and 5 years as Industrial Engineering Associate.
